今年国家出台的十四五规划中，明确指出坚持创新在我国现代化建设全局中的核心地位，进一步加快“一带一路”发展建设步伐，全面实施乡村振兴战略。如何用创新方式方法带动乡村振兴，使乡镇从落后前沿变成科技创新发展高地，成为社会关注的重点问题。文章通过梳理漳州乡镇科技创新发展现状，总结出其目前存在基础设施不够完善、高素质专业技能人员缺口较大、竞争激烈等发展瓶颈，并针对性的提出创新驱动政策支持、信息资源平台构建、加大特色产业发展、加快人才培养力度等建议。

In the 14th Five-Year Plan issued by the state this year, it is clearly stated that we should adhere to the core position of innovation in the overall modernization drive of our country, further accelerate the pace of development and construction of the Belt and Road, and fully implement the strategy of rural revitalization. How to drive the revitalization of the countryside by innovative methods so that townships can be transferred from the backward frontier into scientific and technological innovation and development of the highlands has become the focus of social attention. Through combing the status quo of the development of technological innovation in Zhangzhou towns and villages, the article summarizes the current development bottlenecks such as insufficient infrastructure, large gaps in high-quality professional skills, and fierce competition. It also proposes suggestions of targeted innovation-driven policy support, information resource platform construction, increases in the development of characteristic industries, and acceleration of the training of talents.
