近几年受经济全球化浪潮席卷，加之我国国际贸易模式升级调整的内部需求，导致我国知识产权结构的变革，国内与外部的知识产权交流与摩擦也达到历史的高峰；知识产权保护国际贸易迈出新步伐，但也暴露出我国知识产权的保护方面依然存在诸多问题。本文以技术创新水平为主要影响因子，来探究近年来知识产权保护力度对我国国际贸易的影响，并以国内近年来具体的数据和趋向为切口，分析我国从传统经济模式转型为新模式之后，开展国际贸易工作对于知识产权保护新的需求变化。本文将大陆地区分为三大模块，比较不同模块之间技术创新水平体现出来的知识产权需求差异，具体分析各个模块的知识产权保护，探寻有差别、有选择的知识产权保护措施，对我国产业发展及进出口贸易的重要意义。

In recent years, under the external impetus of the wave of economic globalization, the internal needs of China's domestic business model upgrading and adjustment have jointly led to the structural reform of the intellectual property rights. The opportunities for intellectual property exchanges and cooperation between China and various countries and regions have therefore increased, but there are still many problems concerning intellectual property protection. This paper takes the level of technological innovation in China as the main influencing factor to explore the impact of intellectual property protection on the international trade in recent years. The specific domestic cases in recent years are analyzed as changes in the demand for intellectual property protection after China's transformation from a traditional economic model to a new model. The mainland region of China is divided into three modules and the differences in intellectual property demand reflected in the level of technological innovation between different modules are compared. The property protection of each module is explored for the differentiation and selection of intellectual property protection to benefit the industrial development and international trade.
