提升物流管理专业实践周教学满意度探究

物流管理实践教育帮助学生培养课外实操能力,掌握专业运用技能,了解和学习企业运营和工作内容,使知识体系与社会实际贯通。本文以某校物流管理专业实践周教学为对象,采用网络问卷方式对其调研,通过层次分析法、模糊综合评价研究发现存在课堂内容枯燥、缺乏教师指导等问题,从而提出丰富教学方式、教学复盘等一系列有效建议,以改进实践周教学,提高学生参与度和满意度。

Logistics management practice education helps students cultivate extracurricular practical operation ability, master professional application skills, understand and learn enterprise operation and work content in order to connect the knowledge system with social reality. Taking the practice week teaching of logistics management major in a school as the object, the research involved in this paper conducted relevant investigations by means of online questionnaire. Through the approaches of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, it is found that there are some problems including boring classroom content and the lack of teacher guidance. A series of effective suggestions are therefore put forward related to teaching methods and teaching resumption for improving the teaching of practice week and students’ participation and satisfaction.
