本文根据福建省花卉产业的发展现状，分析福建省花卉出口存在的问题，并通过国际市场占有率、出口贡献率、贸易竞争力指数、显示性比较优势、显示性竞争优势指数、出口增长优势指数等一些数据指标，对福建省花卉出口定量分析；再运用波特的钻石模型理论，从六个方面对福建省花卉出口定性分析，总结出福建省花卉出口竞争力的相关情况，并提出增强福建省花卉产业出口竞争力的建议。

We explore the export competitiveness of Fujian's flower industry. Based on the development and status data, we calculate quantitative indicators such as international market share, export contribution rate, trade competitiveness index, revealed comparative advantage index, revealed competitive advantage index and export growth advantage index. Using Porter's Diamond Model, this paper analyzes the characteristics of Fujian flower export from six aspects and summarizes the relevant situation of Fujian flower export competitiveness with some suggestions to enhance the export competitiveness of Fujian flower industry.
