5G手机自正式商用以来飞速发展，2021年各大手机厂商发布的新款中，高端手机几乎全部是5G手机。在手机竞争趋于白热化的当下，如何在保证产品质量的基础上进行有效的成本管理，成为众多手机厂商生存发展的关键。本文介绍5G手机的三种主流研发和生产模式，基于5G手机项目成本的构成和特点，从5G手机研发项目生命周期的六个阶段入手，研究手机研发各个环节的成本管理要点，为中国手机厂商优化项目成本管理提供参考。

5G smartphones have developed rapidly since they were officially commercially launched. Nearly all new mid-to-high-end smartphones released by major handset makers in 2021 are 5G. In the fierce competition, how to carry out effective cost management on the basis of ensuring product quality has become the key for the survival and development of many mobile phone manufacturers. This paper introduces three mainstream R&D and production modes of 5G mobile phones. Based on the structure and characteristics of project costs for 5G smartphone, this paper studies the key cost management points of the six project life cycle stages, so as to provide reference for Chinese mobile phone manufacturers to optimize project cost management.
