财富世界500强是美国《财富》杂志每年评选全球最大500家企业的排行榜，该榜单自1995年发布以来，一直是衡量全球大型企业最著名、最权威的榜单。通过榜单，既能了解企业的兴衰，也能了解企业的营业收入、利润、股东权益和员工人数的变化；进入排行榜的门槛是最低销售收入，但影响榜单排名的因素更值得关注。本文采用2021年财富500强数据，以利润、股东权益、资产、雇员人数与国家作为解释变量，采用二元选择模型（Binary Choice Model）与排序选择模型（Ordered Choice Model）分别探讨影响榜单排名的因素。研究结果显示企业所处国家与企业榜单排名有着密切的正相关关系，企业选址国家可能是影响企业登上《财富》世界500强榜单，并决定企业榜单排名是否靠前的关键因素。

The Fortune Global 500 is the world's 500 largest companies selected annually by Fortune magazine in the United States. Since released in 1995, it has been the most famous and authoritative list of large companies in the world. Through the list, the rise and fall of the company as well as the changes in the companys' operating income, profits, shareholders' equity, and the number of employees can be understood. The threshold for entering the ranking list is the minimum sales revenue, but the factors that affect the sales revenue of the ranking of the list are more worthy of attention. This paper uses the 2021 Fortune 500 data as explanatory variables and applies the Binary Choice Model and the Order Choice Model to explore the factors affecting the ranking of the list. The results of the study show that there is a close positive correlation between the country in which the company is located and the ranking of the company. The country in which the company is located may be the key factor affecting whether it can be listed on the Fortune Global 500 list and whether it ranks high on the list.
