文化产业作为第三产业中最具综合性、最有市场前景的产业，正在成为我国产业结构升级转型的重要风标。伴随着影视产业的蓬勃发展，影视基地不断显现出大量问题，影视基地不仅可为当地带来经济效应，也可增加文化软实力，发展影视基地刻不容缓。本文就目前国内外影视基地的建设及经营方式等方面为参考，分析其发展的弊端，结合“五位一体”和“六新”，以厦门影视基地的发展为研究，提出创新的影视基地发展模式。

As the most comprehensive industry with the most promising market prospect in the tertiary industry, cultural industry is becoming an important beacon for the upgrading and transformation of China's industrial structure. With the vigorous development of the film and television industry, the film and television base constantly presents a lot of problems. The film and television base can not only bring economic effect to the local area, but also increase the cultural soft power, so it is urgent to develop the film and television base. Based on the current construction and operation mode of film and television bases at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the disadvantages of their development, combines the “five-in-one” and “six new”, takes the development of Xiamen film and television base as the research, and proposes the innovative development mode of film and television base.
