民宿运营风险管理初探

Study on Operational Risk Management of B & B

近年来,各地民宿遍地开花,已经进入爆发式增长期。民宿普遍规模较小,抗风险能力较酒店更弱,只有做好风险管理,才能保证日后的经营安稳无虞。本文从民宿经营者的角度出发,根据民宿的特点,对民宿运营中可能出现的自然风险、社会风险、财务风险、管理风险、市场风险、雇佣风险、安全风险进行识别,应用风险概率影响矩阵对各风险进行定性分析,并提出了相应的应对措施,为民宿经营者进行运营风险管理提供一定参考。

In recent years, B & B has been blooming everywhere, and has entered an explosive growth period. The scale of B & B is generally small, and the ability to resist risks is weaker than hotels. Only by doing a good job in risk management can the B & B operators ensure the stability of business in the future. Based on the characteristics of B & B operators, this paper identifies the natural risks, social risks, financial risks, management risks, market risks, employment risks and safety risks that may occur in the operation of B & B hotels. The risk probability impact matrix is applied to analyze the risks qualitatively, and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed for the B & B operators. Hopefully this paper might provide some reference for their operational risk management.
