大数据时代中小企业发展跨境电子商务策略研究

近几年我国传统外贸业务低迷,而跨境电商的迅速兴起使我国许多中小企业看到了新的希望,也开始转型开展跨境电商业务。同时,大数据技术作为新的发展要素,为企业带来更多创新服务的机会,从而带来更多商业价值。本文介绍大数据技术对跨境电商的作用,分析我国中小企业在开展跨境电子商务业务中面临的问题,并针对问题提出中小企业利用大数据技术发展跨境电商的对策。

In recent years, China's traditional foreign trade business has been sluggish and cross-border e-commerce has sprung up. Many small and medium-sized enterprises in China have seen new hopes and have begun to transform their cross-border e-commerce business. At the same time, big data technology, as a new development factor, brings more opportunities for innovative services to enterprises and results in more business value. This paper introduces the role of big data technology in cross-border e-commerce, analyzes the problems faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in cross-border e-commerce business, and then proposes countermeasures for them.
