构建福建省本科高校教育国际化评价指标体系及现况分析
The Construction of Valuation Index System in Higher Educational Internationalization of Fujian Province Higher Educational Institutions Based on Delphi Method
高等教育国际化在未来将会成为高校发展的方向,尤其在未来中国大陆高校的发展上扮演了重要的角色。当前,福建省高校国际化的发展还不是十分令人满意,因而,构建出一套适用于福建省本科高校的国际化评价指标体系,并针对福建省应用型大学的国际化进行分析,对于推进福建省高校国际化进程以及提升福建省高校的教育竞争力是十分有意义的。本文应用文献分析法,通过对中外文献及机构提出的高校国际化评价指标体系的整理,并结合福建省高等教育发展面临的具体问题,初步构建出了一套评价体系,而后利用德尔菲法,最终设计出了一套福建省本科高校教育国际化评价指标体系。该体系包括了5项一级指标,他们分别是战略及理念、人员流动、合作办学、教学与课程、学术交流,以及22项二级指标。最后比较了公立院校和私立院校的教师在二级指标重要性方面的不同重点,并提出研究结论与发展。

Higher education internationalization (HEI) will become a trend during higher education institutions. The higher education internationalization in Fujian province has not developed satisfying. In order to develop the education advantage of Fujian province, the documentary analysis method was used for this study to build up the index system of internationalization (ISI) for the higher education in Fujian province. The result of study shows that the five first-level indexes are: strategy, concept; employees and students international mobility; international cooperation; teaching and courses; scientific research cooperation. Additionally, other twenty-two second-level indexes also appeared in the study. Finally, the study compares the different opinions of teachers from public and private colleges in second-level indexes and puts forward comments on the study’s solutions and development.
