我国经济目前正在转向高质量发展阶段，科技创新能力是经济健康发展的驱动力。国家在高校中投入了大量的资金和人力扶持科研产业，但最终进行有效转化的科研成果却远低于期望。为探究我国高校科技发明成果转化与变现的问题，本文采用因子分析法与聚类分析法，对于高校的科技成果转化与变现能力进行评价，寻求合理的解决措施。

China's economy is now shifting to the stage of high-quality development, and the ability of scientific and technological innovation is the driving force for sound economic development. China has spent a lot of money and manpower in the colleges and universities to support scientific research and industry, but in the end, an effective conversion of scientific research is far lower than expected. To explore the transformation and liquidity problems of scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities, this paper uses the factor analysis and clustering analysis to evaluate the transformation and cashability of scientific research achievements of regional colleges and universities for reasonable solutions.
