价值链及其解构是实践中，生产者服务业得以发展并不断超越的微观机制。价值链、价值网络、广义的价值生态系统不断的演化中，生产者服务业和制造业的融合模式，发生着从外包到嵌入乃至全方位融合的改变。不同的融合模式下生产者服务业的功能和结构也在不断转变：从作为价值链的供应商之一、到价值链的互补供应商以及制造业产品的竞争力和盈利来源，反映了生产者服务业从附属、平等到制造业引领的战略性转变。

The value chain and its deconstruction are the micro-mechanism by which the producer service industry develops and continuously surmounts in practice. With the continuous evolution of value chain, value network and broad value ecosystem, the integration mode of producer service industry and manufacturing industry has changed from outsourcing to embedding and even all-round integration. The function and structure of producer services are also changing under different convergence modes: from being one of the suppliers of value chain to the complementary suppliers of value chain, the source of competitiveness and profit of manufactured products, which reflects the strategic transformation of producer services from subsidiary and equality to manufacturing-led.
