当下，社会资源配置效率可以保证居民生活水平和生活安定，是社会发展质量水平的重要体现。近年来福建省出现了部分城市资源利用不当、产出效能低和城市发展不均衡等的情况。本文从效率角度切入，运用DEA-Malmquist分析福建省其中八个城市2014~2019年的社会质量水平支出效率。通过数据分析结果显示，福建省八个城市的社会质量水平支出效率表现较为低下，各城市社会质量水平参差不齐，经济利用率低，需要更好的优化各要素的投入，平衡投入与产出，合理利用经济发展的效益为社会质量水平做出支撑，创新技术，提高社会资源的整体利用率。

At present, the efficiency of social resource allocation can ensure residents’ living standards and living stability, which is an important embodiment of the quality level of social development. In recent years, improper utilization of some urban resources, low output efficiency and unbalanced urban development have appeared in Fujian Province. From the perspective of efficiency, the DEA-Malmquist method is used in this study to analyze the social quality level expenditure efficiency in eight cities in Fujian Province from 2014 to 2019. Data analysis results show that the social quality of eight cities in Fujian province spending efficiency is low, the city social quality level is uneven, and the economic utilization rate is low. It is necessary to better optimize the input, balance input and output, reasonably utilize economic development benefits for social quality level, and properly apply innovative technology to improve the overall utilization rate of social resources.
