“十四五”时期，文化和旅游部将以推动高质量发展为主题，开创文化和旅游工作新局面。厦门作为“21世纪海上丝绸之路”战略的支点城市，加快发展旅游业对于厦门的经济发展具有非常重要意义。现基于对世界遗产地鼓浪屿及其具有世界遗产价值的区域及建筑的发展现状研究，针对世界遗产地鼓浪屿旅游开发所存在的问题进行提升路径的研究。在对相关文献做了理论研究后，进行问卷调查，并使用信效度检验、样本描述性统计分析、指标分析和IPA分析法进行数据分析，得到影响鼓浪屿世界遗产地旅游满意度的多重因素。根据以上调研分析，我们对鼓浪屿世界遗产文化旅游提升路径做出以下展望：鼓浪屿有关部门应维修保护历史建筑，并创新鼓浪屿世界遗产文化宣传方式，充分发挥鼓浪屿遗产文化优势；在商业方面，优化鼓浪屿价格机制、加强鼓浪屿商业监管力度、促进文旅融合、创新旅游产品营销策略，走健康的可持续发展经济道路；在构建人文和谐自然社区方面，提升社区参与度、鼓励社区参与旅游服务品质提升必不可少，让居民和鼓浪屿一起，共同打造优秀的国际社区。

During the “14th five-year plan” period, the Ministry of culture and tourism will take promoting high-quality development as the theme to create a new situation in the work of culture and tourism. Accelerating the development of tourism is of great significance to Xiamen's economic development, which is the fulcrum city of the 21st century Maritime Silk Road strategy. Based on the research of the development status of World Heritage Site Kulangsu and its regions and buildings with world heritage value, this paper research the improvement path for the problems existing in the tourism development of World Heritage Site Kulangsu. After theoretical research on relevant literature, a questionnaire survey was conducted, and data analysis was conducted by using reliability and validity test, sample descriptive statistical analysis, index analysis, and IPA analysis. The multiple factors influencing tourism satisfaction of the Kulangsu World Heritage site are obtained. According to the above research and analysis, we make the following prospects for the promotion path of cultural tourism of Kulangsu World Heritage: relevant departments of Kulangsu should maintain and protect historical buildings, and innovate the way of cultural publicity of Kulangsu world heritage, to give full play to the cultural advantages of Kulangsu heritage; In terms of Commerce, we should optimize the price mechanism of Kulangsu, strengthen the commercial supervision of Kulangsu, promote the integration of culture and tourism, innovate the marketing strategy of tourism products, and take a healthy and sustainable economic development road; In terms of building a humanistic and harmonious natural community, it is essential to enhance community participation, encourage community participation, and improve the quality of tourism services, so that the residents and Kulangsu can work together to build an excellent international community.
