2020年的新冠疫情使人们对生活方式有了更深的思考，越来越多的人更加倾向于生态健康休闲游。民宿是扬州打造历史文化名城与生态休闲不可缺少的一部分，本文使用Python收集携程平台数据，分析扬州的民宿总量、区域分布、价格等特征，目的在于了解扬州市当前民宿产业发展现状，并分析其中存在的问题，其中包括区域分布不均、淡旺季经营差距大等；接着在实证研究的基础上，对扬州民宿发展提出建设性建议，目的是希望扬州市民宿产业能够健康发展，适应疫情后的新消费潮流，塑造民宿品牌化，为经济建设做出贡献。

The COVID-19 in 2020 has made people think deeper about lifestyle, and more and more people prefer ecological and health leisure tourism. Residential is an indispensable part of Yangzhou to create a city of historical, cultural city, and ecological leisure. By using Python to collect the data of Ctrip platform, this paper analyzes the characteristics of total residential quantity, regional distribution and price in Yangzhou to understand the present situation of residential industry in Yangzhou and to analyze the existing problems, which include uneven regional distribution and large operating gap in any off-season and peak seasons. Constructive suggestions are proposed in order to healthily develop residential industries, shape the brand of residential accommodation, contribute to the economic construction, and adapt to the new consumption trend in Yangzhou after COVID-19.
