智慧农业的发展是农业现代化的必然趋势，可以有效提高农民收入水平以及农业生产效率。本文立足于漳州市，通过文献研究和实地走访，总结漳州市“互联网+”智慧农业发展的成绩及瓶颈，借鉴国内个别省市以及美国、荷兰、以色列等国家优秀发展经验，提出积极发挥政府引领指导作用、提高智慧农业普及度、加大智慧农业相关投入、搭建各级各类智慧农业信息平台以及积极发展农业电商等针对性的发展建议。

The development of smart agriculture is an inevitable trend of agricultural modernization, which can effectively improve farmers' income and agricultural production efficiency. Based on Zhangzhou City, the article summarizes the achievements and bottlenecks in the development of “Internet +” smart agriculture in Zhangzhou City through literature research and field visits. The excellent experiences development of some domestic provinces and cities as well as the US, Netherlands, and Israel are drawn then put forward for targeted development suggestions such as actively playing the leading and guiding role of the government, increasing the popularity of smart agriculture, increasing investment in smart agriculture, building various types of smart agricultural information platforms at all levels, and actively developing agricultural e-commerce.
