随着我国乡村振兴战略的实施，民宿行业在近几年呈良好趋势不断发展，成为了住宿业的风口，受到众多旅游者的青睐，吸引大量资本投入；民宿已然成为乡村旅游发展的新业态，是推动乡村振兴的重要抓手。福建省福州市平潭综合实验区利用优越的地理位置、丰富集中的旅游资源、当地独特历史文化及较为完善的乡村聚落景观等优势，大力发展乡村旅游，乡村民宿也取得一定成绩。本文通过分析平潭乡村民宿的现状，并提出民宿产业发展中存在的同质竞争、粗放经营、文化内涵挖掘不足、服务设施不完善、宣传营销能力不强、淡旺季反差极大等问题，并在文旅融合基础上，结合平潭当地特色文化，提出平潭民宿发展相关对策。

With the implementation of China's rural revitalization strategy, the homestay industry has been developing in a good trend in recent years. The homestay industry is favored by many tourists and attracts a large amount of capital investment. Homestay has become a new form of rural tourism development and is an important way to promote rural revitalization. Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Area of Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, takes advantage of its superior geographical location, rich and concentrated tourism resources, unique local history and culture, and relatively perfect rural settlement landscape to vigorously develop rural tourism, and rural homestay has also made certain achievements. Through the analysis of the status quo of Pingtan village homestay, this paper proposes questions of the homogeneity competition existing in the development of homestay industry, extensive management, lack of cultural connotation, imperfect service facilities, insufficient publicity and marketing ability and great contrast in the off peak season. Development countermeasures for Pingtan homestay facility are suggested based on the integration of culture and tourism as well as the combination of local characteristics.
