21世纪正是全球经济发展迅速的新世代，服务贸易在全球经济中占有举足轻重的作用，对于中国更是如此，如何抓住机遇是我们要面对的课题。本文基于2005~2019年的统计数据，对两岸三地（内地、香港和台湾）的服务贸易现状、服务业产业内贸易的竞争力水平、主要服务行业的动静态变化进行对比，并选取两地人均收入水平差异、对外经济开放程度、经济规模、服务业对外投资和货物贸易规模等五个解释变量，建立香港-大陆与香港-台湾之间的两条回归模型，以观察两地之间服务贸易主要因素对GL指数的影响并进行实证检验。回归模型实证结果显示两地区相互的服务业产业内贸易受市场规模和对外直接投资、人均收入差异的影响大，且都是正向相关。对外开放水平和货物贸易规模这两个影响因素与外部环境、政治政策和技术的发达程度关联密切，对服务业的产业内贸易也会产生比较大的影响。因此，两岸三地需要深入学习合作，取长补短，促进共同进步，努力发展经济，提高人均收入水平，拓宽服务业合作模式。

The 21st century is a new generation of rapid global economic development and trade in services plays an important role in the global economy, especially for China. How to seize the opportunity is the subject that confronts us. Based on the data from 2005 to 2019, this paper compares the current situation of service trade between the three places (Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan), the competitive level of intra-service industry, and the dynamic static changes of the main service industries. Five explanatory variables are selected (such as differences in per capita income level, degree of economic openness, economic scale, foreign investment in services, and scale of trade in goods) to establish two regression models between Hong Kong-Mainland and Hong Kong-Taiwan in order to observe and to conduct empirical tests on the impact of the main factors of trade in services between the two places on the G-L index. The empirical results of the regression models show that the trade in the service industry between the two regions is greatly influenced by the difference between market size, FDI and per capita income, and is both positively related. The two influencing factors of opening-up level and the scale of trade in goods are closely related to the degree of development of external environment, political policies, and technology, and will also have a great influence on intra-industry trade in service industry. Therefore, the three places on both sides of the Taiwan Straits need to study and cooperate in depth, draw on each other's strengths and weaknesses, promote common progress, strive to develop the economy, raise the level of per capita income, and broaden the mode of cooperation in the service sector.
