经验主义语义观是语义学发展过程中的重要观点，其主导思想为始于20世纪20年代维也纳学派的逻辑实证主义。本文就经验主义语义观的理论背景（哲学家们关于词与事物联系问题和经验主义哲学家的观点）、逻辑实证主义、逻辑实证主义代表人物、实证方法等方面进行了探讨，从而对经验主义语义观有了一定的了解。

Empiricist semantics is an important point in the development of semantics, and its leading idea is the logical positivism of the Vienna School that began in the 1920s. This article discusses the theoretical background of empirical semantics (philosophers’ evaluation on the connection between words and things and the views of empirical philosophers), logical positivism, representatives of logical positivism, logical positivism and positivism methods. Therefore, it has a brief understanding of empirical semantics.
