本文基于“一带一路”发展背景，通过设计各省市建筑业发展评价指标体系，搜集2019年原始数据，采用因子分析法，结合SPSS22.0对数据进行分析。结果发现江苏、浙江、广东三省市建筑业综合发展水平最高，海南、宁夏和西藏则最低；同时，若省市综合经济发展水平较高、外向型经济明显以及人口较多、需求旺盛，会刺激建筑业发展，本研究依此提出相应政策建议。

Based on “The Belt and Road” development background, this article collects original data for 2019 through the design of the construction industry development evaluation index system of various provinces and cities. Factor analysis and SPSS22.0 software are used to analyze the data and the results demonstrate that Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Guangdong have the highest level of comprehensive development in the construction industry, while Hainan, Ningxia, and Tibet have the lowest levels. Results of this study also show that characteristics of relatively high level of comprehensive economic development, obvious export-oriented economy, and large population will stimulate the development of construction industries for provinces and cities along with corresponding policy recommendations.
