福建省是我国东南临海对外贸易的重要出口省份，以及“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的起点。2016年以来，福建省大力发展半导体行业，经过多年的努力，已形成完备的产业链；但是由于起步较晚加上技术落后，导致福建省内半导体产业发展遭遇瓶颈。本文通过剖析福建省内半导体行业的痛点、目前存在的机遇与挑战，借鉴海外与省外的半导体发展经验，并为福建省半导体行业高质量发展提供建言。

Fujian, located in the southeast coastal of China, is an important export province foreign trade and the starting point of the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road”. Since 2016, Fujian Province has vigorously developed the semiconductor industry. After years of hard work, a complete industrial chain has been formed. However, due to a late start and backward technology, the development of the semiconductor industry in Fujian has encountered bottlenecks. This study analyzes the current problems, opportunities, and challenges of the semiconductor industry in Fujian. Finally, some suggestions are proposed for the semiconductor industry development in Fujian.
