福建虽为贫油省，但正在大力借助承接台湾石化产业的合作契机、来大力发展当地石化产业。同时，福建石化产业的发展面临诸多挑战和机遇，位于漳州市的古雷石化基地担负着福建对台湾石化产业的承接和发展的重任。本文阐明福建省石化产业对台承接环境及优势，讨论古雷石化基地的区位优势和产业集聚意义，结合台湾岛内、外综合因素对其石化产业向外投资发展的原因进行归纳，最后探索福建石化产业发展潜在的制约因素和国际发展环境。

Fujian's petrochemical industry is actively seizing the opportunity of co-opting Taiwanese firms and vigorously developing the “poor-oil” province. As the industry faces various challenges and opportunities, the Gulei Industrial Park (located in Zhangzhou City) shoulders the important task of carrying Taiwanese investments and technology to Fujian. We study the environment and advantages of Fujian-Taiwan relations on petrochemical industry's carrying from Taiwan, and discuss the Gulei Industrial Park's advantage of location and industrial concentration. We summarize the contributing factors for Taiwan's outward investments of petrochemical industry, and explores the restrictive factors the Fujian petrochemical industry faces, and the industry's opportunity for developments and cooperations.
