共享零售模式下零售组织的营销创新研究

Research on Marketing Innovation of Retail Organization under the Mode of Shared Retail

随着互联网经济的发展,零售行业的零售形态也不断更新,从最初的单管道零售发展为多渠道零售、跨管道零售、全管道零售、新零售,最终共享零售模式得以产生。共享零售对于零售组织而言,是一个有待探索创新的新兴模式。本文在共享经济、零售之轮理论的基础上,以国美为例,探索了共享零售的核心,即上游的共享、在线线下的共享和下游的共享,期待能为零售组织的营销创新提供一些有益的参考和方向。

With the development of Internet economy, the retail form of the retail industry is also constantly updated, from the initial single channel retail to multi-channel retail, cross channel retail, omni-channel retail, new retail, and finally the sharing retail mode can be generated. For retail organizations, shared retail is a new model to be explored and innovated. Based on the theory of sharing economy and retail wheel, this paper takes Gome as an example to explore the core of sharing retail, that is, upstream sharing, online and offline sharing and downstream sharing, hoping to provide some useful reference and direction for the marketing innovation of retail organizations.
