供给侧改革的理论给垃圾分类带来了新的思路。本文在分析供给侧改革理论和垃圾分类现存问题之后，提出了“从供给源头解决垃圾分类问题”的思路，建立了新型的、基于供给侧改革的垃圾分类系统。在APP和二维码等计算机技术的辅助下，鼓励和激励居民主动进行并做好垃圾分类，并探索出将生活垃圾和二手物品循环创新再造的方法，更好的保护环境。

The theory of supply side reform has brought new ideas to waste classification. After analyzing the theory of supply side reform and the existing problems of garbage classification, this paper puts forward the idea of “solving the problem of garbage classification from the source of supply”, and establishes a new garbage classification system based on the supply side reform. With the help of computer technology such as APP and two-dimensional code, the residents are encouraged to take the initiative in garbage classification. Methods of recycling domestic waste and second-hand goods are explored to better protect the environment.
