我国是一个农产品生产大国，同时也是农产品出口大国。随着我国经济的快速发展，我国农产品出口数量不断增加，对我国农业经济的快速发展起着推动作用，同时也给农民的经济带来了极大的收益，在我国经济发展的道路上起着不可替代的作用；但是伴随着世界贸易的繁荣发展，绿色壁垒逐渐盛行。近年来，发达国家对绿色壁垒的设置越来越严苛，对环保的标准越来越高，检疫也越来越严格，这严重影响了我国农产品的出口，我国因此遭遇了新的挑战，但同时也给我国带来了新的机遇。

山东省是我国农产品出口大省，是全国首个农产品出口规模超千亿的省市，农产品出口对促进山东省经济发展具有重大意义，同时也是我国农产品出口贸易中重要的组成部分。本文在绿色贸易壁垒制度盛行的背景下，介绍绿色壁垒的起源及相关概念，通过数据分析山东省农产品的出口现状，来研究绿色贸易壁垒对山东省农产品出口的影响。在引力模型的运用下，本文论证了绿色贸易壁垒对山东省农产品出口的影响程度，并根据成因分析探讨我国对于绿色壁垒应采取的相关对策。

China is a large agricultural production country and a large agricultural export country. With the rapid development of China's economy, the number of agricultural products exports continues to increase, which promotes the rapid development of agricultural economy, brings great benefits to the farmers' economy, and plays an irreplaceable role on the road of economic development. However, with the prosperity and development of world trade, green barriers gradually prevail. In recent years, developed countries have set more and more strict green barriers, higher and higher standards for environmental protection, and stricter quarantine. This has seriously affected and challenged the export of China’s agricultural products. On the contrary, it also brought new opportunities to China. Shandong Province is the largest export province of agricultural products and the first province in China with an export scale of over 100 billion agricultural products. Agricultural products export is of great significance to promote the economic development of Shandong Province as well as China’s agricultural trade. Under the background of the prevailing green trade barrier system, this paper introduces the origin and related concepts of the green trade barrier and analyzes the impact of the green trade barrier on the export of agricultural products in Shandong Province. A gravity model is applied in this paper to demonstrate the degree of influence of green trade barriers on the export of agricultural products in Shandong Province and the relevant countermeasures are discussed according to the analysis.
