追星平台的环境分析与商业模式创新设计

“粉团圈”是一款粉丝追星平台,平台通过集成各个明星的所有相关信息,让粉丝即时了解明星和爱豆、偶像的微博和其他动态信息等;同时,平台也有集成电子商务功能,创造自己独有的盈利模式。本文对“粉团圈”的宏观环境进行详细的分析,并且对该平台的业务模式、盈利模式和核心竞争力等进行创新性的设计,还对平台的发展进行战略规划,使其成为国内首屈一指、有特色的追星平台。

“Fans-circle” is a platform for fans to chase stars. By integrating all the relevant information of each star, the platform enables fans to instantly know the Weibo and other dynamic information of stars and idols. At the same time, the platform also has the function of integrating e-commerce and creating its own unique profit model. In this paper, the macro environment of the “Fans -circle” is analyzed in detail. Business model, profit model and core competitiveness of the platform are designed innovatively. Development of the platform is also planned strategically to make the unique star chasing platform in China.
