2016年我国重启不良资产证券化以来，不良资产证券化虽然总体有所发展，但是发展速度仍然比较缓慢。本文首先回顾2016-2019年我国不良资产证券化的发展现状，之后探讨我国不良资产证券化发展缓慢的症结所在，最后提出发展不良资产证券化的政策建议。

Since China's resumption of non-performing asset securitization in 2016, although there is overall development for non-performing asset securitization, the pace of development is still relatively slow. The development status of China's non-performing asset securitization in 2016-2019 is reviewed first, followed by discussion of the crux of slow development and the proposed policies for the development.
