基于微笑曲线分析中国家电制造业转型升级路径

我国家电制造业经历了从无到有到现在的蓬勃发展,实现了从低端到高端,从单一到多样的变化。经过多种制造产业类型的转变,目前我国家电制造业正处于向高端智能化转变的特殊时期;但是由于企业自身发展的局限、目前家电消费市场趋于饱和状态和国内外市场环境的影响,种种问题都要求我国家电制造业需要通过转型升级进行生产创新和提高产品质量。本文选取我国家电制造业作为分析对象,首先阐述我国家电制造业目前发展现状;其次依据现有理论划将其分为五个发展阶段,说明各个阶段的发展成就、特点和方式,从中总结目前遇到的问题;最后通过与日本家电制造业的发展过程进行对比说明,吸收其可取之处,并根据微笑曲线理论,从重视家电品牌建设、注重消费者需求变化和注重市场环境变化三个方面,提出我国家电制造业转型升级的建议。

China's home appliance manufacturing industry has experienced vigorous development from scratch to now and realized changes from low-end to high-end, from single to diverse. After the transformation of a variety of manufacturing industry types, China's home appliance manufacturing industry is in a special period of transformation to high-end intelligence. However, due to the limitation of enterprises' own development, the saturation of current household appliance consumption market tends and the influence of the domestic and foreign market environment, all kinds of problems require the household appliance manufacturing industry in China to carry out production innovation and improve product quality through transformation and upgrading. This paper chooses China's home appliance manufacturing industry as the object of analysis. Current development of China's home appliance manufacturing industry is described first, followed by five stages of development according to the current theory to explain the development achievements, characteristics and ways of each stage. Problems encountered by China's home appliance manufacturing industry are summarized thereafter. Finally, the development of Japanese electrical home appliances manufacturing is compared for its merit. According to the Smile Curve Theory, brand construction, changes in consumer demand, and changes in market environment are suggested for the transformation and upgrading of China's home appliance manufacturing.
