鉴于人口老龄化进程加速而科技发展已经进入新的阶段，在智慧居家养老主体下的家庭适老化改造服务应运而生；而家庭适老化改造服务平台是否能成功进军居家养老市场，吸引消费人群，抢占市场份额，成为了企业家们最为关心的问题。本文通过收集国内外家庭适老化改造的相关数据资料，进行国内PEST分析、行业波特五力模型构建、市场调研数据整合分析及运营模式建构等多种方法，得出“家庭适老化改造服务平台具有较高市场可行性及发展空间”的相关结论。

In view of the accelerated aging process of the population and the development of science and technology has entered a new stage, the aging adaptation service of the family under the main body of the smart home elderly care emerges at the historic moment. Whether the service platform can successfully enter the home-based care market, attract consumer groups and seize market share has become the most concerned issue for entrepreneurs. In this paper, through collecting family optimal aging related data of both at home and abroad, domestic PEST analysis, Porter’s Five Forces Model construction, market research data integration analysis methods such as construction and the operation mode, we obtained the relevant conclusions of “family optimum aging services platform has high feasibility and market development space.”
