Study of the Cross-Cultural Management of China’s Enterprises in Africa Using Cultural Dimension Theory

China's investment in Africa has continued to rise in recent years, and the range of industries involved has become more extensive, especially the number and scale of private investment in Africa. There are already 3,800 non-investment enterprises in 2018. In general, Africa has a positive attitude towards Chinese companies investing, and the changing political ecology and complex customs of Africans also pose great challenges to the business environment. This paper hopes to analyze the current situation and problems of cross-cultural management of China’s enterprises investment in Africa by using Hofsted's theory of cultural dimensions, and to give some inspiration to China in the cross-cultural management experience of the successful departure of Inner Mongolia King Deer from Madagascar.
