2019年1月1日正式实施的《电子商务法》，顺应了蓬勃发展的电子商务时代。合理界定电子商务平台经营者责任能够平衡当事人的利益、保护消费者的权利、保障电子商务市场的健康发展，因此实有必要对电子商务平台经营者进行分类，并根据不同的类型平台确定不一样的责任，并赋予平台经营者对知识产权侵权的判断权。

The Electronic Commerce Law, formally implemented on January 1, 2019, conforms to the flourishing era of electronic commerce. Reasonable definition of the operator's responsibility of e-commerce platform can balance the interests of the parties, protect the rights of consumers and guarantee the healthy development of e-commerce market. It is necessary to classify the operators of e-commerce platforms, determine different responsibilities according to different types of platforms, and give platform operators the right to judge the infringement of intellectual property rights.
